How is this different from the “Deal Sourcing” service?
Our “Deal Sourcing” service is a comprehensive package where we find and vet acquisition opportunities for you. This “Deal Acquisition Support” service is for when you have already found the opportunity yourself and need specialized support for the negotiation and closing phases.
What is NOT included?
This service is strictly advisory. It does not include legal advice, tax advice, or performing technical due diligence (e.g., post-LOI financial analysis, code reviews, etc.). Asset Transfer Support is an optional add-on service.
What’s required to get started?
You will need to provide the details of the business you are looking to acquire. After you reach out, we’ll schedule a 1-hour onboarding call to review the acquisition details and map out a strategy.
Pricing & Next Steps
Deal Acquisition Support: $5,000
This is a one-time, non-refundable upfront fee for us to guide you through the closing process for a single acquisition target.
Service Includes:
- One (1) 1-hour onboarding strategy call
- Negotiation and purchase price valuation support
- Deal structuring advisory (earnout, seller financing, etc.)
- Letter of Intent (LOI) support
- Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) template
- Escrow.com setup assistance
- Mediation support with the seller
- Ongoing advisory via our management portal until closing
This fee covers support for one (1) acquisition target. The agreement terminates upon one successful closing, support for five (5) total targets, or twelve (12) months, whichever comes first. Each additional target is $1,000.
Optional Add-On: Asset Transfer Support: +$1,500
This is a time-intensive service where we work directly with the seller to compile and organize a comprehensive document outlining all business assets, associated logins, SOPs, and other relevant transfer information. This ensures a smoother and more organized handover post-closing.
